Welcome to “With Ease, Fatama”

A mindful journey through spirit, soul, tea, love & life

Hey beautiful soul,

I’m Fatama — mama, yoga guide, happiness coach, herbal tea maker, spiritual seeker, lover of plants, and a woman just doing her best to live with intention, faith, and grace.

It’s a space for slowing down, speaking truth, and sharing life as it flows — the peaceful moments, the hard lessons, the belly laughs, the challenges, the growth, and everything in between.

I created “With Ease, Fatama” because I needed a space to simply be.
To write from the soul.
To sip tea and share what’s real — motherhood moments, mindful habits, dating joys and struggles, spiritual growth, soul whispers, self-care rituals, and sacred tips for living lighter and fuller.

This blog is my sacred space — where I show up real, unfiltered, and mindful, just as I am.

Here, you’ll find me sharing the beauty and struggle of living intentionally. I’ll talk about what grounds me — quiet moments with tea, yoga on my mat, laughter with my children, spiritual reflection, healing herbs, deep breaths, traveling, and the wisdom that comes from stillness.

Sometimes I’ll share about my journey through motherhood, my spiritual walk with Jesus, or how I find peace in chaos. Other days, it may be a wellness tip, a tea recipe, or a reminder to slow down and simply breathe.

For example:
  • Heart talks about faith, grounding, and being anchored in God’s peace

  • Tea rituals and herbal blends that nurture your body and soul

  • Real chats on motherhood, single parenting, and grace-filled love

  • Thoughts on dating, feminine energy, boundaries, and joy

  • Mindful living tips — yoga, journaling, plants, home energy, self-care and slowing down

I’m not here to teach perfection. I’m here to walk in presence. It’s about choosing ease over hustlejoy over pressure, and mindfulness over madness.

If you’re looking for a soft place to land, reflect, and grow, welcome.

If my words make you pause, smile, or feel seen — then this space is for you too.

I’m so glad you’re here.

Thank you for joining me. Let’s grow, flow, and bloom together — with joy, faith, and ease.

With heart,
Fatama
